Wow, This month has been a rainy August month. While I love the rain, I also have to remember it also means the “COLD SEASON” is among us.
And as always you might be someone that say to yourselves you aren’t going to get it. But then it hits u and you don’t see it coming. I’ve always been too busy for a cold to hold me down so I start taking out the vitamins, supplements and eating better. Getting plenty of rest and water is always been Doctors orders plus there’s much more you can do to help reduce your symptoms or shorten the course of your cold.
Normally a cold lasts from one to two weeks, but I never let it get that long. Our immune system is sometimes not as healthy fighting as it used to be and though I like going out to eat in restaurants it concerns me about if I still get healthy food out there. There are some restaurants I’ve heard of that can provide that peace of mine and continue our love for eating out without the guilt of not feeding your body good nutrition. So to your health and our love for the rainy season.
