MY FAMILY ALL TELL ME I’M A HARD PERSON TO CONTACT, I’M ALWAYS RUNNING AROUND, MULTI-TASKING, CLEANING, READING EMAILS, MAKING MINE AND MY MOMS APPOINTMENTS, RUNNING ERRANDS FOR US BOTH ETC. WE ALL KNOW THE IMPORTANCE OF SLOWING DOWN BUT I FEEL THAT IF IT DOESN’T GET DONE RIGHT AWAY I WILL PROCRASTINATE AND NOT GET IT DONE AT ALL.. ESPECIALLY WHEN I KNOW MY BODY WILL BE HURTING AFTER… SOMETIMES KEEPING BUSY IS LIKE A WORKOUT TO ME.
I WOULD LOVE TO SPEND MORE TIME IN MY BLOGGING PLUS THAT’S LIKE THERAPY FOR MY MIND. BUT I HAVE A HANDFUL RIGHT NOW AND BECAUSE THIS IS TEMPORARY I WANT TO BE THERE FOR MY MOM AS MUCH AS I CAN… I WAS SO HURT THAT I DIDN’T KNOW WHEN MY SISTER WAS SICK AND WE DIDN’T GET TO SPEND TIME TOGETHER. I DON’T WANT TO FEEL THAT WAY AGAIN SO I LIKE TO SPEND TIME AND TAKE VACATIONS WITH MY MOM.
IN THE MEANTIME I ENJOY WORKING ON MY BLOG AS OFTEN AS I CAN.
BUT THE HOLIDAYS ARE AROUND THE CORNER AND I KNOW I HAVE TO PICK UP SPEED BECAUSE
I LIKE TO LOOK AROUND FOR THE HOLIDAY GOODIES AND SHARE THEM WITH YOU ALL.

I STARTED WRITING ABOUT VACATIONS, WEDDINGS, SHARING SPECIAL EVENTS INFORMATION, STORIES AND THEME PARKS IN ORLANDO BECAUSE WE LOVE VACATIONING IN ORLANDO. BUT, WHILE ON MY 2015 VACATION THINGS STARTED CHANGING IN MY HEALTH AND I WANTED TO SHARE MY HEALTH JOURNEY. I WAS GOING THRU MULTIPLE SYMPTOMS AND THE FRUSTRATION OF NOT KNOWING AND WAITING FOR THE DIAGNOSES MADE ME WONDER HOW MANY PEOPLE GO THRU THIS SAME UNFORTUNATE JOURNEY AS I AM AND IT MIGHT BE HELPFUL FOR THEM TO KNOW HOW COMMON THESE DISORDERS ARE BECOMING. FIBROMYALGIA OFTEN COMES WITH OTHER DISORDERS LIKE LYME DISEASE, LAZY LEG SYNDROME, RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS, DEPRESSION AND A FEW MORE.WHICH MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO DIAGNOSE. THAT’S WHY SO MANY THAT HAVE IT DON’T KNOW THEY HAVE IT.
I’VE BEEN DOING MY RESEARCH ON FIBROMYALGIA AND I HAVE LEARNED HOW TO CONTROL MY PAINS WITH NUTRITION, VITAMINS, AND SUPPLEMENTS. I LOVE MY FAMILY VACATIONS AND TAKING ANY R and R GETAWAYS WHENEVER POSSIBLE. STRESS IS A TRIGGER AND AGGRAVATES THE PAIN. IT MIGHT SOUND LIKE A MADE UP EXCUSE FOR MY GETTING AWAY RIGHT?
I WISH IT WAS, THE REALITY IS THAT WHEN YOU ARE LIVING WITH FIBRO OR ANY OTHER HEALTH CONDITION AS SUCH, YOU JUST NEED TO TAKE SOME TIME FOR YOURSELF TO RELAX HOWEVER YOU CAN TO UN-STRESS YOUR BODY. WITH THAT, NUTRITION AND DAILY EXERCISE U WILL BE IN GOOD ENOUGH SHAPE TO ENJOY THOSE FAMILY GETAWAYS.
YOU KNOW THAT RELATIONSHIPS IS THE OTHER UPPERMOST IMPORTANT THING YOU NEED IN YOUR LIFE WHEN YOU ARE GOING THRU HEALTH ISSUES. I WAS TOLD THIS WHEN I WAS RECOVERING FROM MY HEMORRHAGE AND I COULDN’T AGREE MORE. IT LIFTS YOUR SPIRITS AND RECOVERY IS SO MUCH QUICKER WHEN U HAVE THE TLC AROUND YOU OF YOUR LOVING FAMILY. FAMILY TIME AND NUTRITION ARE IMPERATIVE TO THE HEALING PROCESS. SO TO ANSWER THAT QUESTION, THAT WOULD BE BECAUSE SURRENITY IS A;
