SUMMER BREAK IN THE WORLDS FAMOUS BEACH.
Daytona has all the relaxation you need to last you till your next vacation. Im glad I got to do this with my mom alone. My next visit to daytona will be with the whole family. That being said, I have to look into RV rentals and I’d like to start our Florida Journey from here.
So if you want to explore The Sunshine State. And you’re planning a staycation or traveling from out of state in your RV and you want to explore FLORIDA. Here’s what I found :
If your heading on the Eastcoast? and starting from the farthest south you can go, you’ll begin your Journey from the FLORIDA KEYS; Go shopping till your hearts content then head to the beautiful beaches of either one of the 7 islands. Close to the end of US1 Rest your RV at the BOYD’S CAMPGROUND.
Another RV park and resting area in the keys that’s VERY POPULAR BAHIA HONDA STATE PARK.
Head to the popular MIAMI, tour their beautiful beaches and amazing night life then off to the entertainment district of Performing Arts, music concerts, museums, the famous Palm Beach Zoo and of course what PALM BEACH is known for, a lot of GOLF and you can park your RV in the LION COUNTRY SAFARI KOA
After all the relaxing and Golfing take off to the KENNEDY SPACE CENTER in Cape Canaveral. then visit ORLANDO and stay at the DISNEY FORT WILDERNESS RESORT or the KOA HOLIDAY CAMPGROUNDS in kissimmee Orlando.
you definately want to make a stop at DAYTONA BEACH for the beautiful tranquil beaches and the DAYTONA INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY, the world center of racing. And who dont want to see ST. AUGUSTINE and learn the history of FLORIDA, see “the nations oldest city”, visit the historic milestone and continue to the home of the largest urban park system.
JACKSONVILLE BEACH. Jacksonville not only has 10 state and national parks it also has miles and miles of waterway canal in the intercoastal and beautiful beaches plus the very long stretch of the St. Johns River, its all known as the “River City by the Sea” the choices are endless in the sunshine state.
