The bad side of staying on top of a good healthy nutritional diet while being surrounded by people that aren’t following this same needed diet as I have to, although everyone should. But that is going to be my next and toughest challenge, unfortunately, when you don’t stay on top of it and you indulge in the sweets and goodies, it shows. it doesn’t take long to see and feel the bloat.
So I decided to do some research on inflammation. So, Inflammation- When harmful irritants such as germs or bacteria enter our body our immune system goes to work and the white cell soldiers begin to fight those bacteria/germs away.
When inflammation occurs in the body the immune system releases inflammation mediators. But in some diseases, the immune system mistakes its own cells causing harmful inflammation. Wow, even your own body fights itself. lol
Inflammation is linked to Diseases such as:
Rheumatoid Arthritis
Lupus
Multiple Sclerosis
Heart Disease
Stroke
And most everything from Allergies to Autoimmune Disorders and even mental disorders
Obesity and diabetes are at a rise today and the only thing that connects them is inflammation. Depending on our body weight, stress level, and healthy diets, we help our system to maintain our inflammation at a normal level.
There is a critical difference between typical inflammation and chronic inflammatory systemic diseases (CID) has a big role in such diseases like Alzheimer’s, Cancer, and diabetes.
By learning more about inflammation, what and how it works within our immune system we could prevent the misfortune of our DNS.

you never think about a day when you’re going to be needing this information but my day has come, its time to get healthy smart. Inflammation plays such a big part in helping our Immune system be productive and fight off infections but remember it can turn on us as well.

Even when we go through chronic stress we cause inflammation in our body.
These days I know the repercussions of not staying away from things that I know will bring a lot of discomfort to my body so that begins to be another learning process but it also brings many benefits. Besides the vitamins/supplements & working out I get a good reaction from drinking warm water w/Lemon and sometimes add my capsule of Tumeric in the lemon water. Lemon water has shown to help w/inflammation as well as losing weight and other benefits. This is just what I’ve changed beverage wise. I never liked water or lemon but it’s my choice of drink today.
