Since I’ve been diagnosed with an Immune disorder I’ve been educating myself like my Dr. suggested. But sometimes you want to diagnose yourself because you have THE diagnostic tool you need and that’s knowing what and how you feel and you have Google :). I had no Idea my body could cause all of this chaos from just continuing to have a bad eating habit, and genetics is a big factor also, granted that wasn’t the only cause but the majority of it.
I’m happy that my Doctor was able to narrow this down to an Immune Disorder, I mean, from what I understand a lot of people have Celiac Disease (Another Disorder which is allergies to wheat and gluten) and so many people don’t even know they have it. So from my story hopefully I can help give someone that’s going through this same or similar symptoms, some information that helped me. I’ve learned a lot and mainly that we need to make better choices of what we eat. At this point learning how to eat healthier is no longer a choice, its what you have to do. I also understand you can also have a few different autoimmune diseases at once. I started my Medical Journal when I started getting symptoms and I’m glad I did like I said before, I had no idea there were so many different disorders (over 80 I think I said before) and so many with the same symptoms. This is going to make my Thanksgiving Dinner a little bit different but it’s just for the best in many ways right?
There are many different Immune Disorders with similar symptoms and that’s why this has been so frustrating,
You need to get the right treatment for these conditions or they become more difficult to manage when they aren’t diagnosed on time.
Now I know where all that fatigue was coming from.
Unfortunately, thru all this my blog has had to take a stand back because sometimes I don’t feel well or I’ve been busy researching. But, I’m learning how to manage this and be healthier for me and my family, My Family is my happy place and you know that gets you thru anything.
