MORNINGS WAS ALWAYS MY BEST PART OF THE DAY, IT STILL IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE. THE BEGINNING OF A DAY IS A FRESH BEGINNING FOR EVERYTHING.
AS PARENTS WE JUST CAN’T UNDERSTAND WHY KIDS LOVE TO SLEEP SO MUCH, I WAS NEVER A SLEEPER LIKE THAT BUT EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT.
GOOD SLEEP HABITS IS A GOOD THING, BUT I HATE TO SLEEP A BEAUTIFUL MORNING AWAY.
FIBROMYALGIA CHANGED THAT FOR ME BECAUSE IT TAKES ME A BIT LONGER TO ENJOY MY DAY.
IN A KIDS LIFE (AS I DID ALSO) MOST KIDS ANTICIPATE FOR THE MORNING LIGHT, ITS LIKE A GREEN LIGHT THAT TELLS THEM “GET UP AND GO”.
(UNLESS ITS A SCHOOL DAY RIGHT 🙂
I GET TO HAVE MY GRANDKIDS FOR THE SCHOOL RECESS AND VACATIONS. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS YEAR I FELT TERRIBLE CUS I KNOW THEY WERE LOOKING FORWARD TO GOING ON VACATION AND I WOULD LOVE TO ALSO BUT I JUST HAVE TO BRING MY FIBRO UNDER CONTROL FIRST.
I COULDN’T SLEEP SO I WAS UP AND MY PRECIOUS LIT’L MONKEY GOES TO SLEEP, WAKES UP A FEW HOURS LATER IN THE WEE HOURS OF THE NITE AND ASKS “IS IT MORNING YET GRANDMA?”
I WAS REMEMBERING OF WHEN I WAS YOUNG AND I WOULD SOMETIMES GET UP TO NOTICE IT WAS STILL DARK AND WONDERED HOW MUCH LONGER FOR DAYLIGHT.
I TOLD HIM “IN A COUPLE MORE HOURS” AND HE GOES BACK TO SLEEP.
IT HASN’T BEEN EASY SOMETIMES I CRY TO SLEEP AND PRAY THAT THE MORNING WILL BE BETTER.
CHRONIC PAIN IS A LIFESTYLE NOW BUT I CAN’T LEAVE IT AT THAT, I ALWAYS BELIEVE THERE’S A SOLUTION TO MOST PROBLEMS I JUST HAVE TO FIND IT.
I THOUGHT FIBROMYALGIA HAPPENS IN LATER YEARS NOT IN YOUR 50’S AND NOT EVERY ONE GETS IT WHEN THEY GET OLDER, BUT I UNDERSTAND IT DEPENDS ON YOUR GENES AND THE LIFESTYLE WE LIVE.
SO I JUST NEED TO GET MOVING AND EXERCISE AS THEY RECOMMEND.
EXERCISE WAS SO EASY WHEN I WAS YOUNG BUT I HATE IT NOW. WHEN I DID WORK OUT, BACK THEN, I DID IT TO MAINTAIN MY YOUTHFUL FIGURE BUT NOW I HAVE TO DO IT FOR A DIFFERENCE MAINTENANCE (TO FEEL BETTER). BUT I DO WANT TO BE PAIN-FREE SO A HEALTHY DIET AND EXERCISE IS THE ONLY SOLUTION.
WITH THE HOLIDAYS COMING UP SOON THAT’S ALWAYS A BIT OF A CHALLENGE.
MEDICATIONS WORK DIFFERENT FOR MOST EVERY ONE SO YOU HAVE TO EXPERIMENT. AT THE END OF THE DAY A GOOD DIET AND EXERCISE IS AN ESSENTIAL PRIORITY FOR THE HEALING PROCESS NO MATTER HOW I LOOK AT IT. PLUS EMBRACING A POSITIVE MIND PLAYS A BIG PART IN THE HEALING PROCESS ALSO. ENJOY ALL OF YOUR MORNINGS.
