ACCORDING TO THE HEALTH NEWS, EXERCISE & MEDITATION COULD DRASTICALLY CUT THE CHANCES OF US CATCHING A COLD/RESPIRATORY ILLNESS. I MISSED ONE OF OUR VACATIONS BECAUSE I WAS COMING UP WITH A COLD AND DID NOT FEEL WELL, THIS IS WHY I TRY TO TAKE CARE MYSELF ESPECIALLY SINCE WE ARE AROUND OUR KIDS SO MUCH, I AM CONSTANTLY REMINDING MYSELF TO DO SO.
THERE WAS A STUDY DONE ON THIS AND IN THREE GROUPS THAT WERE CHOSEN FOR MEDITATION. FROM AN EXERCISE AND A REGULAR NON-ACTIVE GROUP THE FINDINGS OUT OF 93 PEOPLE:

27 WHILE EXERCISING AND 40 WHILE DOING NOTHING.
