I love days like this unless you’re going out, picnicking or planning a beach day. I look at rainy days as a new fresh beginning.
unfortunately, I wasn’t looking for a new beginning like THIS one.
My hard drive crashed & I lost everything. You know how many times I have said I should have never got a computer but,
everyone kept telling me “this new wave isn’t going away, this is the future”so I gave in. But I never prepared myself for THIS.
I’m not tech savvy and I’m con
fused about doing backups. Besides, Geek Squad says there’s nothing they can do. I kept trying on my own to find a solution to no avail.
I’ve been consumed with finding a fix but I think it’s all gone. Some things we just can’t get back.
part of me can’t except that I lost all my Data and all pictures but it is what it is right?
I almost quit but I like talking and writing to all of you so I need to “Get back up”.
I guess I’ll take it from here and start again 😫😥😪😓😠I’ve also been dealing w/ managing my health issues.
Just like my computer problems, sometimes you just have to except what you’ve been dealt.
I had started a medical journal about my Immune Disorder and living with that and Arthritis and nerve pain for my recollection and so I could inform my doctor of my progressing symptoms.
But I no longer have those notes.
I am learning how to manage whatever comes my way as best as I can. But Geez, you never do stop learning huh?
I figure if I had questions about what was happening to me starting right before my 2015 Vacation time, then I’m sure someone else has the same questions.
Bottom line is that if you want your immune system (which plays a very big part in our health, and most diseases begins in our Gut) to be good to us we need to be good to it right?
I have always been a picky eater but I wish I had known then what I know now.
It’s a good thing my step dad taught us to eat liver. He would drink wine with his dinner and he’d say its good for the blood, I thought it was a justification for drinking wine but I found out there is truth to that. Drs recommend one glass a day to get the health benefits in wine. Anyway luckily my mom would make that liver taste like steak so that helped us get used to it and so we began to like and accept it, that was probably the only healthy food I learned to like 🙂
I always told my kids growing up: We just need to hit the switch on the thinking “MODE” and focus on whatever you have to accomplish.
Well, now I have to click the switch on my mode to “Healthy Eating MODE”.
I want to continue enjoying those golden years w/ my family and do all the fun things w/ them like vacations and other great family gatherings and outings,
But just like my computer took a dump on me our system can break down as well and sometimes it’s too late to fix it AND BEGIN AGAIN…
